Experience
I first saw the phrase above at Falmouth School of Art where I studied in the 1980’s. It uses every letter in the alphabet and was my introduction to the wonderful world of typography. The way that different fonts communicate and the personalities they have, I still find fascinating. During my time at Falmouth I learnt the fundamentals of communicating through type, images and paint.
On moving to London I worked with a number of outstanding art directors, designers, writers, illustrators and photographers for a variety of world-class companies and organisations. These included British Airways, Motorola, GE Capital and Pizza Hut. This experience helped me to hone my skills so that I can now deliver high quality, exciting commercial results.
I moved back to the South West over 15 years ago and set up shop. My clients range from small to medium size businesses whom I help in various ways. This has included development and implementation of complete corporate identities, advertising planning, brand building and the creation of complete advertising campaigns.
